Mums and Bubs 1 hour class, is the perfect time to stretch, releasing tension; build strength; and have time to relax and connect with other Mums. All with your Bub right beside you.
This is a great time to connect with other Mums and enjoy a good laugh as the Bubs are great at entertaining whilst you get some ME TIME.
